The Billing menu is about what you pay SaleSprint — not what your customers pay you. Ten entries, and they fall into two groups.
| Entry | What it does |
|---|---|
| Billing Dashboard | What you owe and what plan you are on |
| My Invoices | Your bills, and where you pay them |
| Payment History | What you have been credited for |
| My Subscription | Your plan’s dates and rate, read-only |
| Browse Plans | The plan catalogue, read-only |
| SMS / Email Activity | Your message credit balance |
| My Orders, My Services, Payment Plans, Online Shop | Not yet self-service — see the end of this page |
What you owe
Section titled “What you owe”Billing Dashboard shows your Current plan, Next renewal, Outstanding balance and Outstanding invoices, then your Plan usage — branches, warehouses, users and companies, each as used / allowed — and your five most recent invoices.
If anything is owing, a banner appears: “You have … outstanding across N invoice(s).” with a Pay now button.
Paying an invoice
Section titled “Paying an invoice”Go to Billing → My Invoices. Columns are Invoice #, Date, Due date, Total and Status.
Filter with All, Outstanding or Unpaid.
Click Pay on the row. The dialog offers three ways.
Pay now
Section titled “Pay now”For mobile money. Choose Mobile money, enter the number, and press Pay now — then approve the prompt on your phone. SaleSprint waits for you.
Payment link
Section titled “Payment link”- Choose the Method and enter your number or card reference.
- Press Start payment.
- A link appears as text, with a Copy link button. Nothing opens by itself — copy it and paste it into your browser.
- Pay there, come back, and press I’ve completed payment.
If it is still processing you are told “Still pending on the gateway’s side — wait a moment and try confirming again.”
Confirming settles the whole balance, not part of it.
I already paid
Section titled “I already paid”For cash, a cheque or a bank transfer you have already made. Enter the Method, Amount, Reference, Paid date and Notes, then Declare payment.
Payment History
Section titled “Payment History”Payment History lists Invoice, Paid date, Amount paid and Invoice total.
Message credits
Section titled “Message credits”SMS / Email Activity shows your balance as cards — SMS credits, WhatsApp credits, Email credits and General credits.
That is all it shows. The page says so: “Transaction history isn’t available to view yet — this shows your current balance only. Contact your provider for a detailed statement.”
You cannot see what used your credits, and you cannot buy more from the app.
Your plan
Section titled “Your plan”My Subscription shows your Rate, Billing frequency, Start date, Next bill date and End date. It is entirely read-only — no cancel, no auto-renew switch, and the auto-renew setting is not even shown.
Browse Plans lists what is on sale with prices, trial length and features, and badges the one you are on.
The five entries that are not features yet
Section titled “The five entries that are not features yet”My Orders, My Services, Payment Plans and Online Shop all open the same message: “This is managed by your platform provider. It isn’t available for self-service yet — reach out to your account manager if you need it now.”
They are honest placeholders rather than broken screens, but they occupy menu slots, so you will click them expecting something.
- My Orders and My Services will eventually list add-ons and professional services you have bought.
- Payment Plans will let you ask to pay a bill in instalments. Today you arrange that by contacting your provider.
- Online Shop is the most misleadingly named thing in SaleSprint. It is not your web shop. It is a future store for buying add-ons from your provider. Your own online store is under Online store.
Nothing in this menu sells you anything. Extra seats, add-ons and credit top-ups are all arranged with your account manager.
