The menu group is called Fashion & Tailoring, and it holds nine screens covering clothing, tailoring and jewellery. All nine are real and working — an earlier version of this guide said the whole pack was empty, which is no longer true.

The jewellery screens live in this group. There is no separate jewellery menu.

Jewellery Items is a register of individual pieces, kept separately from your catalogue.

  1. Go to Verticals → Fashion & Tailoring → Jewellery Items and click New record.
  2. Choose the Company and Location — both required, and locked once saved.
  3. Enter the SKU and Name, both required.
  4. Choose the Metal — Gold, Silver, Platinum or Palladium.
  5. Enter the Karat and Purity (‰).
  6. Enter the Weight (g). Required — it drives the price quote.
  7. Enter the Making charge / g and any Stone value.
  8. Add the Certificate number and set In stock.
  9. Save.
  1. Go to Gold Rate of Day (the page is headed Gold Rates) and click New record.
  2. Choose the Metal, enter the Rate / gram and the Currency.
  3. Set the Trading date. It is optional, and you should always fill it in — see below.
  4. Save. Rates cannot be edited, only added and deleted.

Then on any jewellery item, use the Price quote row action. It works out:

metal value (weight × today’s rate) + making charge (weight × charge per gram) + stone value.

If no rate exists for that metal you get “No gold rate found for this metal — showing zero metal value.”

Alteration Tickets is a job card for a garment.

  1. Click New record and choose the Company and Location.
  2. Pick the Customer, or type a Walk-in customer name and Phone.
  3. Assign the Tailor.
  4. Set the Pickup date and the Charge.
  5. Describe the garment, and fill in the Instructions — this is required.
  6. Save. The ticket starts as New.

Move it along with Change status: New, In progress, Ready, Collected or Cancelled.

Fitting Rooms records each room with a Number (required), a Name and a Capacity, and tracks it as Free, Occupied, Cleaning or Out of service via Change status.

That is the whole feature — it is a status board you keep by hand. There is no way to record who is in a room or for how long.

Collections groups a range by season: a Name (required), a Season — Spring/ Summer, Autumn/Winter, Resort, Cruise, Holiday, Pre-fall or Evergreen — a Season year, a Theme and launch dates.

Size Charts stores a Name, a Style name, a Unit (Centimeters or Inches) and a Measurements (JSON) box.

Customer Measurements records a customer’s measurements — bust, chest, waist, hip, inseam, outseam, height, weight, shoulder, sleeve, neck, shoe size, ring size — plus a Preferred fit of Slim, Regular, Relaxed or Oversized. The Customer is required and cannot be changed afterwards.

The Customer column on that list shows an internal code, not a name, and the search box matches that code. Find people another way.

Line Sheets (the menu calls them Wholesale Line Sheets) records a wholesale offer: a Name, a Collection, a Currency, a Season year, a Minimum order qty, Payment terms and effective dates.

  1. Company and location — required everywhere.
  2. Gold rate before quoting any jewellery item.
  3. Collections before line sheets or collection-based markdown rules.
  4. Catalogue products and categories before product- or category-based markdown rules.
  5. Customers before alteration tickets and measurements.
  6. Employees before assigning a tailor.

Jewellery items, size charts and fitting rooms need nothing beyond company and location.

Export produces no file on all nine screens.

Company and Location look editable when you edit and are not.

Several boxes are free text where you would expect a list — currency on a gold rate and a line sheet, and payment terms.

Menu labels differ from page titles: “Gold Rate of Day” opens “Gold Rates”, “Wholesale Line Sheets” opens “Line sheets”.
