Creating your account

Signing up takes a few minutes and does not need a card. You do it on the website, not in the app.

Before you start

Have ready:

• Your business name as you want it to appear
• The country you trade in — this sets your currency
• An email address you can open right now, because a code is sent to it

How to create your account

1. Go to salesprint.org/signup.
2. Choose your plan. Each shows its free-trial length and how many users and branches it allows. Nothing is charged today and you can change plan later.
3. Type your Business Name — for example, Adom Supermarket.
4. Choose your Country. This sets your first shop’s location and the currency your books are kept in.
5. Optionally choose Your industry. This switches on tools built for your trade — restaurant, pharmacy, salon and so on. You can change it later.
6. Type Your Full Name.
7. Type your Work Email. This is what you will sign in with.
8. Add a Phone Number if you like. Optional.
9. Choose a Password of at least 8 characters. Use the eye icon to check it.
10. Tick I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
11. Click Create Account.

How to verify your email

1. Check your inbox for a message titled “Your sign-up verification code”. It contains a 6-digit code.
2. Type it into the Verification Code box.
3. Click Verify & Start Free.

The code lasts 15 minutes and you get five tries

After 15 minutes the code stops working — use Resend code for a new one. Note that resending cancels the previous code, so use the newest email.

Five wrong attempts locks that code and you must request a fresh one.

If no email arrives at all, wait a minute, check your spam folder, then use Resend code. The signup carries on even if the email fails to send, so an email that never arrives is a real possibility rather than a sign you did something wrong.

Write down your workspace ID before you leave this page

You will be asked for a “workspace” the first time you sign in — and nobody tells you what it is

This is the most common thing to get stuck on.

Your workspace ID is your business name in lowercase, with hyphens instead of spaces:

Business name	Workspace ID
Adom Supermarket	adom-supermarket
Kofi’s Hardware & Tools	kofis-hardware-tools

Write it down now. It is not shown on the success screen and it is not in the welcome email.

If somebody else already signed up with your business name, yours will have a number on the end — adom-supermarket-2 — and there is no way to work that out for yourself. If your best guess is rejected when you sign in, contact support and ask them for your workspace ID.

What happens when you finish

You will see “You’re all set” with your trial confirmed. Behind the scenes you now have:

• Your business, with one shop called “<Your business> — Main Store”
• Your currency, set from the country you chose
• An admin account for you, with every permission in the system
• Your plan, with the free trial running

You are not signed in yet

Clicking Open the Web App takes you to the app, but it does not log you in. You will have to enter your workspace ID, your email and the password you just chose.
