Go to Verticals → Fitness & Spa → Membership Plans and create the plan —
name, Billing interval , Price , Duration (days) .
Go to Memberships and click New record . Pick the plan and the
customer, and type the Start date and End date yourself .
Use Settle on the row menu to bill the fee. This marks the membership
Active.
Go to Sales and post the draft to take the money.
Memberships do not bill themselves — ever
There is no recurring billing . Nothing renews, nothing invoices, nothing
charges a card. The Billing interval on the plan is stored and read by
nothing, and Auto-renew on the membership is read by nothing.
Monthly billing means a member of staff pressing Settle on every member,
every month, and posting every draft sale that produces.
Nothing expires a membership either. The end date passing changes nothing —
somebody must set the status to Expired by hand.
Duration does not set the end date
The plan’s Duration (days) is never used to work out the membership’s end
date. You type both dates.
A check-in proves nothing
Recording a check-in does not look at the membership at all . It does not
check that it is active, that it is in date, or that anything has been paid — and
it does not even require a membership to be selected.
An expired, cancelled or entirely absent membership checks in exactly as
happily as a paid one. The screen is a visitor log, not a turnstile.
Class capacity is not enforced
Capacity on a class schedule is stored and never checked. Bookings are
unlimited, there is no waiting list, and nothing stops a trainer being
double-booked.
Bookings are made inside the Edit class schedule dialog, so a class must be
saved before anyone can be added. Marking a booking Attended does nothing,
and there is no fee on a booking.
Trainer sessions do bill: type the Fee and use Settle . Note the
session is not linked back to the sale, so if you move it off Completed it can
be settled — and billed — a second time.

Pawn Loans, Redemptions, Consignment Intakes

The whole pack is a paper ledger
No money ever moves. Not when you lend, not when you are repaid, not when an
item is forfeited. There is no till transaction, no cash drawer entry, no
ledger posting and no customer balance anywhere in this pack.
There is also no Settle action on any pawn screen — unlike every other
industry pack, there is no bridge to a sale at all.
Every cash movement must be recorded separately through
Financials .
Go to Verticals → Pawn & Consignment → Pawn Loans and click New record .
Enter the Principal , the Interest rate % and the Interest period —
Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
Set Issued at , Maturity and Forfeit at , and save.
Re-open the loan to add the Pledged Items .
Interest is never calculated
The rate and the period are stored and read by nothing . No interest accrues,
nothing tells you what is owed today, and there is no statement.
Work the interest out yourself and keep it outside the app.
A redemption records an Amount paid and Interest paid — two numbers
you type, neither derived from the loan nor checked against it. It does not
close the loan : you must separately change the loan’s status to Redeemed.
Redemptions are deleted permanently , with no recovery.
A forfeited item does not become stock
Setting a loan to Forfeited does not change its pledged items, does not
create a product, and does not add anything to your stock.
To sell a forfeited item you create a product and ring it up manually, with
nothing linking it back to the loan.
Consignment intakes work the same way: marking one Sold writes a status
and nothing else, and the consignor’s split is never calculated from the
agreed percentage.
The “Sale ref” box wants an internal identifier
Several pawn forms have a Sale ref box with no picker, expecting an internal
identifier pasted in. In practice it cannot be filled — put the sale number in
the Notes instead.
Some scaffolding text was shipped
A few labels read like developer notes: “Pledged Items set Status” , “New
Pledged Items” , “New Class Bookings” . The fresh-food screens say “prep
batchs” . They work normally.
