The whole group needs the Professional plan.

These six are different from the rest of Reports. Four of them are purpose-built screens with charts, and none of them can be exported.

Entry What it is
Customer ABC a saved list of customer grades you can edit
Sales Forecast a saved list of forecasts you can edit
Period Comparison this period against another, side by side
Branch KPI Ranking your branches, best first
nav.customerAbcAnalysis your customers graded, calculated fresh
nav.salesForecastAnalysis a projection, calculated fresh

All four live screens count completed sales only, with completed returns netted off, converted to your main currency.

Layaway and uncollected pickup money is held back. It counts in gross and net revenue but sits under Reserved (deposit), not under Recognised revenue, until the goods go.

  1. Go to Reports → Sales Analytics → Period Comparison.
  2. Fill in all four dates: Period A start, Period A end, Period B start, Period B end. All four are required.
  3. Click Run report.

You get a metrics table — gross, returned and net revenue, recognised revenue, deposits held, margins, orders, average order value and unique customers — with a green or red Change column, then the top 5 products and customers for each period separately.

A dash in the Change column means the first period was zero, so there is no percentage to show.

Nothing stops you overlapping the two periods, so check your dates.

  1. Go to Reports → Sales Analytics → Branch KPI Ranking.
  2. It opens on This month and runs by itself.
  3. Branches are listed best first by recognised revenue.

Growth % compares against the same length of time immediately before your range, and shows a dash when there was nothing to compare with. Sales with no branch are grouped as (unassigned).

A date range is required here — clearing it gives “Select a date range”.

  1. Open the entry reading nav.customerAbcAnalysis.
  2. Set a Start date and End date, or leave both empty for the last twelve months.
  3. Click Run report.

Customers are ranked by the margin they brought you and split into three classes: A is the customers making your first 80% of margin, B the next 15 points, C the rest. The Pareto curve above the table shows the cut-offs.

The Movement column tells you who moved up or down a class.

The Class and Movement badges show internal words such as reports.sales.customerAbc.class.a instead of A, B and C.

  1. Open the entry reading nav.salesForecastAnalysis.
  2. Choose the Granularity (monthly by default), a Method, how far back to Lookback, how far ahead to forecast (Horizon) and an As of date.
  3. Click Run report.

The chart plots actual against forecast; the table lists each period with its error. Average MAPE is how far out the method has been — green at 20% or under.

With too little history you get “Not enough history” and no chart.

The forecast projects recognised revenue, so layaway and pickup deposits are not included in the projection.

The Granularity and Method dropdown options, and the Source column, all show raw internal names.

Nothing here can be exported — no CSV, Excel or PDF on any of the four live screens. Read them on screen or take a screenshot.

None of them can be filtered to a branch except Branch KPI Ranking, which ranks branches by definition.

Period Comparison’s top lists are fixed at five rows.
