Three packs, all genuinely built, and all the same shape: proper back-office lists with no till of their own. Every one of these screens is paperwork that you reconcile against a sale you ring up separately.

Pack Screens
Automotive Vehicles, Service Packages, Job Cards
Device Repair Repair Devices, Repair Tickets, Loaner Devices
Car Wash Wash Packages, Wash Orders, Bay Queue, Wash Subscriptions

Every screen here is real. None is a placeholder.

  1. Go to Verticals → Automotive → Vehicles and add the car — registration, make, model, year, colour, VIN and the Customer who owns it.
  2. Go to Job Cards and click New record. Set the Status to Estimate, pick the vehicle, and save.
  3. Re-open the card. Parts and labour can only be added after the first save.
  4. Add each part and each labour line.
  5. Move the card along with Set status as the work progresses — Approved, In progress, Awaiting parts, QC, Ready.
  6. When the work is done, use Settle on the row menu.
  7. Go to Sales, find the draft it created, and post it. That is when stock leaves and the money is recorded. See What “Settle” does.

Repair tickets and wash orders follow the same pattern.

  • Lines can be added and deleted, never edited. Correct a mistake by deleting the line and adding it again.
  • A closed or settled document is not locked — you can still add parts to a card that has already become a sale.
  • Advisor and Technician on a job card header are boxes expecting an internal identifier, with no picker. Leave them blank; the technician on each labour line is a proper picker.

There is no service history. No vehicle detail screen, no list of past jobs, and the job cards list does not even show which vehicle each card is for. You cannot answer “what has this car had done”.

Service packages attach to nothing. They are a standalone price list — you cannot pick one on a job card, and nothing consumes them.

Nothing reminds you a service is due. There is no next-service date and no reminder anywhere in the app.

Mileage does not carry across. The odometer reading on a job card never updates the vehicle’s mileage.

The ticket runs Received → Diagnosing → Quoted → Approved → Repairing → Awaiting parts → Ready → Collected, plus Unrepairable and Cancelled. Any status can be set from any other — there is no enforced order.

Issue a loaner from Loaner Devices — open the device, and use Issue loaner inside it. There is no “issue a loaner” action on the repair ticket.

A wash order does not reach the bay queue. Creating an order does nothing to the queue; you add a queue entry by hand and type its Position yourself. Nothing renumbers positions, so two cars can both sit at position 1.

There are then two statuses to drive by hand per car — one on the order and one on the queue entry — and changing either does nothing to the other.

  • Export produces no file. CSV, Excel and PDF all show “Exporting as CSV…” and do nothing.
  • Only the first 200 records load, with no paging and no warning.
  • Company and Location lock after saving. The pickers still open and accept a change, then discard it. To move a record to another branch, delete and re-key it.
