Two reports that fill themselves in from nothing

Section titled “Two reports that fill themselves in from nothing”

Machine Maintenance is the same in kind: it lists maintenance logs somebody recorded. There is no maintenance schedule engine, so nothing generates a log on its own — though at least the report shows the next scheduled date from each log.

Work Order Labour needs labour to have been booked against the work order.

Work Order Summary, Work Order Yield, WIP, Production Plan, Production Output, Material Consumption, Scrap, Quality Summary and BOM Cost all read your live production records and populate as soon as those documents exist.

Quality Summary only counts checks attached to a work order; a standalone check does not appear.

WIP lists work orders that are released, in progress or on hold.
