Three packs of back-office records. All are built, and all keep the money at arm’s length.
| Pack | Screens |
|---|---|
| Hardware & Building | Contractor Accounts, Cut-to-Length Rules, Bulk Pricing Tiers, Yard Locations, Material Quotes, Delivery Tickets |
| Fresh Food | Cut Specifications, Daily Prep Batches, Weighed Sale Lines, Shrinkage Logs |
| Print & Signage | Print Jobs, Press Schedule |
Builders’ merchants
Section titled “Builders’ merchants”Yard locations are a standalone list — stock cannot be assigned to a yard bin. Use locations for stock that must be held separately.
Material quotes
Section titled “Material quotes”You can build a quote with lines, and change its status through Quote → Approved → Invoiced → Expired → Cancelled.
Lines can only be added after the quote is saved, and can be added or deleted but never edited. The Total amount is typed by hand and never reflects the lines.
A delivery ticket does not move stock. Marking one Delivered writes the status and does nothing else.
Butchers and greengrocers
Section titled “Butchers and greengrocers”- Where
- Verticals → Fresh Food

- Feature
- Verticals → Freshfood
How to bill weighed goods
Section titled “How to bill weighed goods”- Go to Verticals → Fresh Food → Weighed Sale Lines and add a line per item: the product, the gross and tare weights, the net weight, the unit price and the subtotal.
- When you are ready to bill, click Settle to sale on the toolbar.
- Pick the company and location and confirm.
- Go to Sales and post the draft it created.
Note that shrinkage logs and weighed lines are deleted permanently, with no recovery.
Print shops
Section titled “Print shops”- Where
- Verticals → Print & Signage
- Plan
- Growth and above
- Feature
- Verticals → Print
- Go to Verticals → Print & Signage → Print Jobs and create the job.
- Re-open it to add Materials and Proofs.
- Type the Total.
- Use Settle, then post the draft sale.
The press schedule is a list, not a calendar. There is no timeline view, no clash detection — two jobs can be booked on the same press at the same time — and marking an entry Done does nothing to the job.
Approving a proof does not move the job along either.
Two things true of all twelve screens
Section titled “Two things true of all twelve screens”- Any status can be set from any other. There is no enforced order anywhere.
- Nothing on these screens calculates a money amount. Every total, subtotal and fee is typed by a person.
