Reaching your customers
Two separate things live here.
Broadcasts send one message to many people — an SMS about a sale, an email about new stock. The WhatsApp inbox is a one-to-one chat with a customer who messaged you.
Both work. They are the parts of SaleSprint’s marketing that genuinely send.

The thing to understand before you start
Section titled “The thing to understand before you start”So the first job is always the same: build the address book. Start at Contacts, lists and groups.
What the automation screens do instead
Section titled “What the automation screens do instead”Marketing & Retention — customer segments, automation rules and surveys — sits in the Financials part of the menu and is documented under Leads and marketing. Read that page before relying on any of it: segments work, but rules and surveys cannot be completed from the app.
Nothing on this page depends on those screens.
Message credits
Section titled “Message credits”Broadcasts → Resource Credit Ledgers is where your SMS, email and WhatsApp credit balance would be shown.
