The Pharmacy pack adds a dispensing counter and eight record screens. All of them are real and working — an earlier version of this guide called most of them empty, which is no longer true.

Go to Sales → Prescriptions. The screen is headed Dispense.

  1. The worklist shows prescriptions that are New or Partial. Pick one.
  2. For each line, enter the Qty and the Unit price. The line shows “Prescribed 12 · remaining 4” so you can dispense in parts.
  3. Check the Total.
  4. Click Dispense & Pay and take payment in the usual way.

Payment is real — a sale is created and tendered, and a receipt prints.

  1. Switch the toggle to New.
  2. Enter the Patient name, or pick a Customer. Leave it blank for a walk-in.
  3. Pick the Prescriber, or leave it as No prescriber.
  4. Add the medicines from the catalogue, or scan them.
  5. Click Capture prescription, then dispense it as above.

Pharmacy Products attaches the regulatory and clinical facts to a product you already sell.

  1. Go to Verticals → Pharmacy → Pharmacy Products and click New pharmacy product.
  2. Pick the Product. This cannot be changed afterwards.
  3. Enter the Dosage / strength and an Insurance billing code if you use one.
  4. Set Prescription required and Controlled substance.
  5. Tick the Drug classification chips that apply — Narcotic, Psychotropic, Antibiotic, Vaccine, Cold chain, Special, Restricted, Generic, Over the counter.
  6. Add Storage conditions, Side effects and Warnings as comma-separated lists.
  7. Save.

The search box on this screen does nothing. Use the Filter dropdown, which offers Prescription required and Controlled substance.

Prescribers is the list of doctors and clinics whose prescriptions you accept.

  1. Click New record, choose the Company and Location — both locked once saved.
  2. Enter the Name and License number. Both are required.
  3. Add the License expiry, Specialty, Facility, Phone and Email.
  4. Set the Status — Active, Suspended, Retired or License expired.
  5. Save.

Two screens, and both are filled in by hand.

Controlled Substance Registers is the per-medicine ledger page you keep for inspection. Creating one asks you to type the Opening, Received, Dispensed, Wasted, Adjustment and Closing quantities yourself.

Controlled Substance Movements is an append-only log — each entry records a Product, a Kind (Receive, Dispense, Waste, Adjustment, Transfer in, Transfer out, Return from customer, Return to vendor), a Quantity and optionally a Prescriber.

Drug Interactions lets you record that two products clash: Product A, Product B, a Description, optional Clinical guidance, a Severity (Mild, Moderate, Severe or Contraindicated) and a Source.

Insurance Schemes is the payer list — Name, Code, Payer name, Contract number, contacts, Patient co-pay % and a Status.

Insurance Claims is a batch claim you raise against a scheme: pick the Insurance scheme, give a Batch number, a Total claimed and a period, then move it through Draft → Submitted → Approved → Paid with Change status, recording the approved and paid totals as they come in.

Dispense Counselling records that you counselled a patient — a Product, a Customer, whether the Patient acknowledged, and notes.

  1. Company and location — required on every form here.
  2. Products in your catalogue, with sell prices.
  3. Prescribers, if you want to attribute prescriptions.
  4. Pharmacy Products, for the clinical detail. Optional.

Insurance schemes, drug interactions and the controlled-substance screens are not prerequisites for anything — nothing in dispensing reads them.

Export produces no file on all eight screens — it shows “Exporting as…” and downloads nothing.

Company and Location look editable when you edit a record and are not. Both dropdowns open and let you pick, then keep the original.

Required fields are only flagged when you press Save.

Insurance Schemes and Claims need the Growth plan on the server. The rest of the pack is gated only on the Pharmacy industry being switched on, though the menu hides the whole group below Growth.
