Tenants

Overview → Tenants lists every subscribed workspace: Total tenants, Active, Trialing and Need attention, with tabs for All, Active, Trialing, Past due, Suspended and Cancelled.

Columns are Tenant, Plan / edition, Status, Next bill, Amount and Actions. Open goes to the detail page.

Nine tabs: Overview, Invoices, Payment methods, Package prices, Dunning terms, Credits, Add-ons, Entitlements and Impersonate.

A read-only Subscription card — edition, billing cycle, base amount, start and end dates, next bill date, auto-renew, cancellation. If the tenant is suspended, the reason and the date are shown here.

Underneath, Manage subscription:

  • Edit billing terms — Plan name, Billing cycle (Monthly, Yearly, Quarterly, Bi-annually or Lifetime), Next bill date and Base amount, then Save changes.
  • Apply edition — pick an edition and click Apply. This provisions that plan’s entire feature set onto the tenant.
  • Enable / Disable auto-renew.
  • Bill elapsed periods — creates draft invoices for periods never billed.
  • Send all drafts — finalises every draft at once. “Review and amend first — this can’t be undone.”

This is the per-tenant override screen — “The tenant’s effective plan features. Editing sets a per-tenant override; reset reverts to the plan value.”

Features are grouped as License & limits, Modules and Capabilities, each with its own Save and a Reset that reverts to the plan value.

For numeric caps: blank or -1 means unlimited, 0 means none.

Below that, Industry verticals — a multi-select of the industries this tenant runs, capped by the plan’s vertical limit. This is the only place a vertical is switched on.

Invoices and Credits are read-only histories. Payment methods lets you make one default or remove it. Add-ons lists purchased extras and lets you cancel one.

Package prices records a negotiated price: choose whether the target is an edition or a package, pick it, enter the Negotiated amount (and setup fee, for an edition), set Effective from and optionally Effective to, add Notes, then Add price.

Dunning terms overrides the platform dunning ladder for this one customer. Each rung can be set or left to Inherit platform.

The same controls appear on the tenants list row and on the Overview tab.

To suspend a tenant:

  1. Click Suspend.
  2. The dialog reads Suspend tenant — “Suspending blocks the tenant’s login until reactivated. Record why.”
  3. Fill in Reason for suspension. The button stays disabled until you do.
  4. Click Suspend tenant.

To undo it, click Reactivate — a single click, no dialog.

Restrict puts the workspace into read-only: staff can still sign in, but nothing can be saved. Cancel ends the subscription and blocks login, and does ask first.

The Impersonate tab issues a session for a user inside that tenant — “Every impersonation is audited.”

  1. Open the Impersonate tab.
  2. Choose the User from the dropdown. It lists name, email, and (inactive) where it applies.
  3. Click Start impersonation.

This dropdown is the only place in the console where a tenant’s own users appear at all. There is no way to invite, disable or reset the password of a merchant’s staff from here.
